Crédit Privé, is managed by its C.E.O Francesco Marotta, who founded the company after acquiring extensive experience in the banking and financial field as General Manager and Executive Director of many international Banks and financial institutions. He supervised the start up of two Merchant Banks, Milla & Co (Milan 1992) and Crédit du Lac (Lugano 1997).

He is a member or a Executive Director in several Comapanies Boards.

Leo Capital Partners Fund SPC (Private Equity Fund – Grand Cayman);

Vinler International Ltd (Private Equity Fund – Nassau);
