(Crédit  Privé)  was a Swiss Company regulated by the FINMA - SWISS FINANCIAL MARKET SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY under Article 2 para. 3 AMLA (DSFIs) until the entry into force of the LIsFI law and is member of Geneva based CSCGI -  Groupement Suisse des Conseils en Gestion Indépendants.

 

Crédit Privé, was established in 2004 by Mr. Francesco Marotta after he sold Crédit du Lac S.A., a Swiss Bank founded by him in 1997.

 

After acquiring over 35 years an extensive know how in the banking and financial field as General Manager and Executive Director of many international Banks and financial institutions including his own one, Francesco founded Crédit Privé, a Swiss asset management and corporate finance company.
